2. Personal Data We Process

We only process the data you enter into a form when you choose to submit it:

• Contact form: name, e-mail address, subject and message.
• Careers / application form: name, e-mail, position applied for, nationality, sea experience and any CV document you upload.
• Whistleblower form: e-mail address, subject and the content of your report (name is optional).

The site does not take online payments and has no user accounts.

3. Purposes of Processing

• Responding to your enquiries and messages,
• Evaluating job / crew applications and running recruitment processes,
• Reviewing and acting on whistleblower reports,
• Meeting our legal obligations.

4. Legal Basis

Your data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, including the establishment and protection of a right, direct connection with the performance of a contract, our legitimate interest, and your explicit consent where required.

5. Transfers

Form submissions are delivered to the relevant departmental mailbox through our e-mail infrastructure. Your data may be shared, limited to the purposes above and in line with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, with authorised public authorities and with the e-mail / hosting providers we use.

6. Retention

We keep your personal data for as long as the purpose of processing requires and in line with the limitation periods set out in applicable legislation; once the purpose no longer applies, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Cookies

Our website only uses Google Maps on the contact page, which may place a cookie in your browser to perform its function. Spam protection on the forms uses no external service or cookie. You can manage or block non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

8. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request erasure or destruction, and to object to analysis carried out solely by automated systems.
